Reputation Management

More 5-star reviews. Every bad one handled.

After every job, your customer gets a friendly check-in and then a one-tap review request. We watch Google every day, alert you the moment a bad review lands, and hand you a calm reply to post. It all runs on its own.

How it works

Connect your booking or invoicing app once (or send us a customer list). From then on, every finished job starts the same steps, and you don't lift a finger.

At a glance

  • Automatic review requests after every job
  • Your own review page and QR code
  • Daily Google review checks
  • Bad-review alerts with a ready reply
  • Monthly report
  • No contract

The steps

From finished job to new review.

1. Check in

A couple of hours after the job, the customer gets a short "How did we do?" email from your business. Replies go straight to you.

2. Ask

The next day they get a one-tap review request with buttons for Google, Facebook and one more site you choose.

3. Remind

If they haven't clicked after three days, one gentle reminder. Never more, and nobody is asked twice in 90 days.

4. Watch

We check your Google reviews every day. Good ones get a thank-you reply ready. Bad ones open a ticket.

When a bad review lands

Handled the same day.

Nobody can delete honest reviews, and anyone who promises that is a red flag. What works is a fast, calm reply and fixing the problem. That's what this does.

Instant alert

You get an email right away with the review, what it's about (price, quality, staff, timing) and how serious it is.

A reply, ready to post

Every alert includes a calm, on-brand public reply you can copy and post in seconds. On Done-for-You, we post it for you.

Private follow-up

If the reviewer is one of your customers, they get a private note asking how you can make it right. No bribes, no pressure to change the review.

Fake review check

Reviews that look like they're from someone who was never a customer get flagged so they can be reported to Google.

Escalation

If a bad review is still unanswered after 24 hours, we follow up so it doesn't sit there.

Private feedback

Your review page also lets unhappy customers tell you privately, while every customer still sees the public review buttons.

FAQ

Reputation management questions.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Both plans are free for 30 days. A card is required to start, and you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.

Can you remove bad reviews?

No one can remove honest reviews. Google removes a review only when it breaks its rules, such as a fake review or someone who was never a customer. We flag those and report them. For real complaints, a fast, calm reply works best.

Is it OK to ask customers for reviews?

Yes. Ask every customer, don't offer anything in return and don't screen out unhappy ones. Our requests go to every customer with the same review buttons, which follows Google's and the FTC's rules.

Do I have to do anything?

On Done-for-You, no. We set it up and post your replies. On Self-Service, you connect your app or upload customers in your portal and post the replies we write for you, or pay $199 once and we set it up.

What if I get a lot of reviews?

Each plan has monthly limits that fit its price. If you go over, extra replies are $3 each, or we move you to a custom plan built for high volume.

Which apps does it work with?

Most booking, invoicing and point-of-sale apps, including Housecall Pro, Jobber, Square and Shopify, connect through Zapier or a simple webhook.

Who do the emails come from?

Your business name. When customers reply, the reply goes to you.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
